Short Stories by Jack London

Jack London (born as John Griffith Chaney, January 12, 1876 – November 22, 1916) was the master both of north-country tales and of understatement. He packed so much punch into his stories (often literally) that readers can sense the stories’ environments as they read. While some of his stories haven’t aged well, most are beautiful snapshots of an era long past.
